Our ideal candidate:
Has at least 2 years of experience in American logistics.
Possesses experience in cargo consolidation and a clear understanding of how it operates.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated for development.
Communicates confidently with various individuals, capable of building relationships with clients and negotiating effectively.
Speaks English proficiently, at a level of B2 or higher.

Main responsibilities:
searching for loads (DAT and other logistic boards, boards of major brokers!);
cargo consolidation;
planning optimal routes, timing, and other details with clients and drivers;
negotiating with brokers and drivers;
addressing issues that arise with your cargo.
