if a girl initiated the fight, started slapping her boyfriend on his face and he slapped her back, 'dal poschechenu' (she got a ruptured ear drum as a result), do you think he is guilty that he hit her, or was it just her fault because she started it and he was just trying to defend himself and hit her back instinctively.

Смотря какого размера ета герлфренд и сам абусер. Вдруг он хлюпик-очкарик весом в 100 паундов и ростом пол вершка, а она кандидат в мастера спорта по паыерлифтингу....

А вобще-то, если серьезно, то должен был просто уйти и ни в коем случае не распускать руки...даже инстинктивно...

pishet girfriend, kotoraya nachala vse had too many drinks and started blaming him for something that he did a long time ago...I feel totally guilty and stupid, but not sure what to think about his behavior, he is the nicest guy ever, and I realize I should have not become physical, but he hit me back, hard...

He's totally guilty as he's obviously stronger than her and used quite a bit of force to cause a rupture.... She shouldn't have slapped him either though...

It's not a good idea to provoke a guy thinking that he won't hit back. He SHOULDN"T but the instantaneous reaction if one is hit is to hit back...not much time to think there...

Agree with Reina, sometimes our reactions are way ahead of our thinking... Don't get people that start fights once they had one too many.... if you can't handle your liquor maybe you shouldn't consume so much of it...

I've told my almost 8 years old son to hit back if another boy hits him ON PURPOSE, and to simply walk away if the girl hits him. I hope this way when he is older he won't instinctively hit the girl later on in life. In my book it is something that not supposed to happen, never.

Had a feeling Ded would say that...not the same as one gender is obviously and factually physically stronger than the other. According to your logic, it's ok to hit children too when they hit you first.

Totally agree with A.A. but I tell my daughter to hit either only if they hit first and too hit twice as hard, so they learn their lesson and never even think of hitting her again.

Может дело и не госпиталевское, но если похоже на абьюз, то они там всегда соушиал воркерз вызывают, или кто там у них. Ну а решать конечно автору. Тока она сначала с форумом посоветуется.

Нифига...she NEVER hits first and gets along with all kids who are civil...so, yes, if someone hits her, I want her to hit back...the issue is that she rarely does.

Женственность, как это было в 18-19 веках, когда дамы падали в обморок при каждом удобном случае, уже вышла из моды. Сейчас девчонки могут и должны уметь за себя постоять. С волками жить - .... А автор была неправа, конечно, и сама уже это поняла. Но ее друг еще более неправ. Даже хлюпкий очкарик всегда будет сильнее физически, чем здоровенная баба. Поэтому мальчики должны быть запрограммированы не бить девочек, а только защищаться, если девочка любит руки распускать.

в рукопашном бое есть такое понятие как *активная защита*, ето когда против ударов выставляюца такие блоки об каторые нападающий ломает себе конечности........ето будет щитаца защитой?

Чтобы ударяющая девочка сломала себе руку при ударе, надо, чтобы удар был мощной силы. Откуда взяться такой мощи, если девочка не каратистка и не профессионал в каком-то виде борьбы? Ну, а если сломает-таки руку об его выставленный локоть, скажем - будет ей урок на будущее. Во всяком случае, он просто защищался и не бил ее.

а вот и нет. просто надо ударить в кость, занесённой для удара конечности, упреждая ево...........весьма еффективно знаете ли и сразу отбивает охоту распускать руки............или ноги, смотря што поломано............так вот ето может щитаца самозащитой?

Дед, я не специалист в драках. Пусть суд разбирается, что считать самозащитой, а что нет.
