Начи с поиска по 2-м сайтам: monster.com and dice.com Это очень хорошие ресурсы, там обязательно будут инженерные предложения. Курсов ненадо, если ты подтвердил диплом этого достаточно. Другое дело что с тебя могут потребовать сертигикацию, ан знание "кодов" для той местноси где ты собираешся работать. Но это уже специфика, надеюсь кто-то подскажет подробнее.
