Poluchil speeding ticket, 20 mph over speed limit, in Lake County. No any tickets in a very long time, no tickets on record. Select plead not guilty, request court date and then go to court and plead guilty and ask for supervision? Or traffic school? What is the best solution in this case to avoid a ticket on your record? Anyone had recent experience in Park City Court (near Waukegan in Lake County)?

I'd say plead guilty and ask for supervision.

Although if you have a clean record, the judge will probably give it to you anyway.
