Recently we went to Praga restaurant in Lombard. We didn't know it was still closed. We came in, nobody greeted us. I went through a door, and almost approached a kitchen. There was a guy cooking soup. I asked him about their schedule, he answered. Then he.......... took a big spoon, tested the soup, and then continued to mix the soup with his saliva in it!!! He didn't take another spoun, he didn't wash that spoon. I don't want to go there any more, and don't recommend anyone to go there!!! It looked very nice, but I am not going to eat this guy's spit.

It happens all the time (Not just in Praga) You have two options: 1. Don't think about it or 2. Don't eat out.

Думаю, это происходит во всех ресторанах. Суп-то прокипятится и все чужие микробы в нем погибнут. Хуже, если они так пробуют холодные блюда....
