Hi everybody. I want to share my recent experience about restaurant Petergof Pavilion , Northbrook , IL and prevent the others from huge disappointment and huge waste of money . I invited the whole family for the New Years Eve party on Dec. 31st 2008 , 9 people total , including my old parents . The tickets were $195 apiece , which was $1800 total . Now I'll share with you what we got for the money : VERY VERY little food , which was ABSOLUTELY TASTELESS !!! and very FEW . Literally , it was NOTHING to eat . On the table it was ONE bottle of $3 worth champagne , a bottle of very cheap wine , a bottle of middle priced vodka and the bottle of good cognac (the only good bottle). We 've brought it up to the managers attention . But they were absolutely careless about it . It was a pure , open RIP-OFF! The whole family was disappointed and I felt ashamed ! NEVER EVER again !!! Business like that can't survive ! I hope , we will see them out of business very soon ! DON'T TAKE YOUR CHANCES TO GO THERE !!!!!! Thank you.
