This is management’s response to all negative reviews that have posted through google with last 24 hours which were a result of Trivia Game cancellation by the restaurant management. All of the negative comments are in no way a result of the quality of food, service or atmosphere at our restaurant, rather it’s specific way to ruin our reputation because the game cancellation that was done at our discretion due to unethical behavior of the game host, Sergey Shakhov.

We have been kind enough to allow Trivia Game host Sergey Shakhov to host his game “Battle of the Minds” for the last 2 years since our restaurant opened. We had a certain understanding with Mr. Shakhov in regards to this trivia game which he had broken effective last night.

We are a fool service restaurant and not a game room to allow people use of our space and hospitality for purposes of hosting games. However, because of our business ethics we had hosted this game as previously agreed with Mr. Shakhov, regardless of the fact most attendees would bring their own food and drinks into our restaurant ordering only hot water to be used for packaged tea brought in from outside into our place.

The game was cancelled at our discretion due to Mr. Shakhov’s unethical behavior in regards to previous agreement. So, in response to all these negative comments, all of the should be addressed to your game host Sergey Shakhov and not the restaurant. For the last 2 years we never had any negative comments from any of the game attendees in regards to quality of food, service or management overall.

All of a sudden when the game was cancelled a barrage of negative comments toward our restaurant. This obviously shows FAKE reviews intent to negatively affect our business.

SO ALL OF YOU TRIVIA GAME MEMBERS STOP WRITING FAKE COOMENTS ABOUT OUR RESTRAUNT, IT WILL NOT WORK!!!
