Big problems with Comcast Internet Cable.
The thing keeps going off line. I used to unhook the modem and restart it, and then it would work again, but now even this does not help.
I know it's not my equipment- it's COMCAST'S problems!
Does anybody know if there is something I can do on my own to make it work, or should I resort to the unpleasant dreaded "Service Appointment"?
