Don't you think that one school district better than another for quality of education & higher SAT/ ACT scores vs. popularity for real estate sales. I've provided similar examples before. It's much better to be in top 3% or top 5% in HS class in Skokie Niles North or Niles West & actually learn something, than to be say in Buffalo Grove or Stevenson HS, just because one can sell their property faster there. it's like saying Stevenson & BG HS's are awesome just because we can sell property better in BG vs. Skokie, but who cares about quality education. I knew people from Skokie HS who were at the top of their class then made great academic decisions vs. people in Stevenson, BG, etc.. Of course, times have changed & now the sunlight gets absorbed faster & more often off the HS students in Skokie, since it the past the same sunlight was reflected off the different HS students in Skokie. Don't you think the same problems exist in Mundelein & elsewhere? Better to sell property vs. better education results..

Klient: You lost me a little bit.... I always thought that the more expensive properties in the area, the more taxes are going towards the school district and therefore, more money paid to the teachers salaries for quality education and invested in more technology! On the other hand (and we have discussed it many times already), if there are 30% mexicans in HS and they do not want to study hard (not only mexicans though), the score are lower for tests and school will not get all of the grants from the government. Also, you do not want your child to have a peer preasure from kids like this.......
