What is the speeding law in Illinois?

If I do 130 mph on I-94, in a 55mph zone, and get caught, what's likely to happen? Is this a felony? Will I go to jail? How long of a jail time will I do? Will I abe able to drive again legall?

What if I run from the police and eventually get caught? How long of a jail time will I do? Will I be able to drive again legally?

1) I am big-time businessman. I buy an airline ticket to another city for a multi-million dollar business closing. At no time do I notify the airline of my purposes of travel. There is a 6-hour delay, airline's fault, and I miss out on $6 mil. profit by not attending the closing.

Now, if I can prove with reasonable certainty that I would have made the $6 mil. have I attended the meeting, what are my damages under the expectation measure of contract damages? Assume no mitigation steps were available.

2) I am a Michigan driver who hits an Indiana driver (bender fender) in Illinois. The damages are $1,000. What court has jurisdiction over the suit? Assume both of us are just passing through Illinois.

3) Same as above, but this time damages total $75,000, and we are still citizens of different states, what court has jurisdiction?

4) You get pulled over by a state trooper, and beaten for no reason. Cite what court would have jurisdiction over this matter, the relevant Rule(s) of Civil Procedure, and the authorizing statute for this cause of action.
