Great one bedroom apartment near Lincoln and Foster in Chicago. We are the current tenants and are moving. The apartment it's available starting December. It's a great location and a great apartment. The rent includes HEAT and it's never cold in the building. It'a a very clean and nice building. Also it has laundry. We can always make a barbecue it has a space for that and tables downstairs. The apartments it's renovated and with hardwood floors. It's the best apartment that we rented ever till now.
