We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Dispatcher with Sales experience in the Intermodal sector! If you have a strong understanding of rail, port operations, and customer relations — we want to hear from you!

📍 Location: Oak Brook, IL
🕒 Position Type: Full-time (On-site)
💼 Department: Intermodal / Drayage

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with intermodal customers and carriers
* Dispatch loads and manage scheduling with company drivers and/or owner-operators
* Secure new business and develop long-term partnerships
* Track freight from origin to destination ensuring on-time delivery
* Work closely with rail yards, port terminals, and logistics partners
* Handle rate negotiations and customer quotes

Requirements:
* Experience in intermodal dispatching and/or sales is a must
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with TMS and port/rail systems is a plus
* Bilingual (English/Russian/Spanish) is a bonus
