We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Order Guy / Invoicing Specialist to join our shop in East Dundee.

Responsibilities:

Order parts and materials for the shop

Track inventory and follow up with vendors

Create and manage shop invoices

Work closely with mechanics and shop manager

Keep records organized and updated

Requirements:

Experience in parts ordering (truck mandatory )

Basic invoicing/administrative skills in Fullbay soft

Good communication and organization

Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
