Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the main point of contact for drivers
* Resolving driver issues and concerns
* Working closely with Safety, Dispatch, and HR
* Supporting driver onboarding and engagement

* Experience in trucking or logistics
* Strong communication and people skills
* Problem-solving mindset
