Transportation company in Chicago, IL 60638 is looking for an experienced Shop Manager full-time, in-office.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shop operations & maintenance processes
• Supervise technicians and ensure team efficiency
• Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance
• Ensure safe and high-quality shop performance
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Previous shop management experience
✔ Experience as a heavy-duty mechanic
✔ Strong knowledge of Class 8 trucks diagnostics, electrical, hydraulic systems
✔ English required + Ukrainian/Russian/Polish preferred
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask
