We are a growing trucking company operating a fleet of 200 trucks, and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Assistant to support our dispatch team in daily operations.

Your main responsibility is to work closely with dispatchers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is not responsible for booking loads, but focuses on supporting dispatch, assisting drivers, and helping resolve operational issues as they arise.

Responsibilities include also:
- Assist dispatchers with daily operational tasks
- Support drivers with check calls, updates, and issue resolution
- Monitor truck movements, ETAs, and delivery statuses
- Help resolve problems such as delays, breakdowns, detention, or routing issues
- Communicate with internal teams as needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Update systems and maintain accurate records
- Handle additional dispatch-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Experience in trucking or dispatch support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with dispatch software and tracking systems
- Reliable, organized, and proactive attitude
