Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups/deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, shippers, and customers.
• Track loads and provide updates.
• Resolve service issues.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Proficient with dispatch software & Microsoft Office.
