We are looking for a reliable and experienced Afterhours Dispatcher / Support Specialist to join our growing trucking company. This position covers 7 AM – 5 PM Central Time with the possibility to work from home for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Handle afterhours calls, texts, and emails from drivers and customers
Monitor ongoing loads and provide timely updates
Assist drivers with directions, breakdowns, or emergency support
Communicate effectively with our operations team
Maintain accurate load and driver information
Requirements:
Experience in dispatching or trucking operations preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized under pressure
Computer skills (email, Excel, dispatch software)
Must be dependable and available during the assigned schedule
