TBS Express Inc., a fast-growing trucking company based in East Dundee, IL, is looking for a hands-on, motivated HR & Social Media Specialist to help us find and retain great drivers while growing our online presence.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Post and manage driver job ads across platforms (Indeed, Tenstreet, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
🔹 Build and maintain our social media presence with engaging, consistent content
🔹 Support recruiting, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks
🔹 Work with our Social Media Marketing (SMM) team to ensure consistent branding and effective outreach
🔹 Must be able to find and bring in a steady flow of qualified new drivers

What We’re Looking For:

✅ At least 1 year of experience performing the duties listed above
✅ Previous experience recruiting drivers for a trucking company
✅ Familiarity with Tenstreet, Facebook, Instagram, and Indeed
✅ Fluent in English and Russian
✅ Organized, responsible, and skilled at time management

💰 Compensation: Based on experience
