We are looking for a motivated Safety Manager to join our trucking company.

Responsibilities:

-Monitor FMCSA and SMS scores.
-Handle DataQ challenges, MCS-150 updates, UCR and SCAC submissions.
-Manage permits NY, KY, OR, NM.
-Oversee all claims: cargo, physical damage, liability and OCAC.
-Manage Drug & Alcohol program, Clearinghouse, background checks, MVR and PSP reports.
-Prepare and Maintain Driver Qualification Files and monitor driver/equipment compliance.
-Handle insurance certificates, renewals and documentation.

Requirements:

-Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Previous experience in trucking safety management is preferred
