Now Hiring: Experienced HR/Recruiter – Trucking Industry
We are a well-established trucking company specializing in Dry Van freight, currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR/Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering competitive pay and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing industry.
As an HR/Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL drivers to support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Actively recruit qualified CDL drivers through various channels (job boards, referrals, social media, etc.) • Manage end-to-end hiring process: job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Maintain accurate records and compliance with all DOT and FMCSA hiring regulations • Assist with employee relations, benefits coordination, and other HR-related tasks as needed • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of driver candidates to support business growth
Candidate Requirements: • Proven experience in recruiting CDL drivers or working in transportation/logistics HR • Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Punjabi is a strong plus) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with DOT compliance and driver qualification standards is a must • Proficient in using recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office, and HR software tools
