We are looking for an Experienced Safety Driver Coach but Willing to Train the right candidate .
Location: Elgin, IL , OFFICE ONLY 8 AM to 5 PM
Position Summary:
The Safety Driver Coach is responsible for improving driver safety performance through training, coaching, and monitoring. This role focuses on reducing accidents, preventing DOT violations, and ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹Conduct face-to-face driver training and onboarding sessions
🔹Provide over-the-phone coaching after accidents, failed DOT inspections, and unsafe driving events
🔹Hold routine safety conversations to reinforce safe driving practices
🔹Review accidents, DOT inspections, and telematics data to identify risk trends
🔹Develop corrective action plans and monitor driver improvement
🔹Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
🔹Maintain records of coaching, training, and safety performance
🔹Collaborate with dispatch and operations to address safety concerns
🔹Develop, implement, and continuously update driver training materials and company safety policies to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications:
🔸Experience in trucking safety
🔸Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT inspections
🔸Strong communication and coaching skills
🔸Experience with ELD/telematics systems preferred
