Position: Truck Driver Recruiter Experienced
Location: Markham, IL

We are a growing trucking company with a fleet of 80+ trucks specializing in refrigerated reefer freight, operating with new equipment and drop-and-hook loads. We are looking to add an experienced Driver Recruiter to our team who can manage the full recruitment cycle from A to Z.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for CDL drivers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Post job ads across various platforms and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess driver qualifications and fit
Verify candidate credentials, including CDL status, driving records, and employment history
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain relationships with driver leads and industry contacts
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company hiring standards


Requirements:

Proven experience in truck driver recruiting full-cycle
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruiting
Self-motivated and results-driven
Experience with recruiting tools, job boards, and social media sourcing
