We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Supervisor to join our team and lead safety and compliance efforts across our trucking operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance, conducting driver training, investigating incidents, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce DOT regulations and company safety policies
Conduct safety meetings, training, and accident investigations
Oversee driver qualification files and compliance audits
Work closely with drivers and management to reduce risk and improve safety performance
Qualifications:
Prior experience in transportation safety or DOT compliance required
Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
CDL and safety certifications are a plus
