Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience
✔ Experience with both open deck flatbed/step deck AND dry van trailers
✔ Strong knowledge of load boards & lanes
✔ Excellent communication & organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage drivers and maximize profitability
