Now Hiring CDL-A Drivers – Flatbed & Stepdeck
Strong Percentage Pay | 2022+ Equipment | Consistent Earnings
We are expanding and looking for experienced Flatbed/Stepdeck drivers to join our fleet.
Pay Structure:
• 30% of gross for standard legal loads (drivers average $10,000+ gross per week)
• 35% of gross for Oversize Loads 13'5" and up
– With wide loads, drivers typically gross $15,000–$20,000+ per week
What We Do:
• No heavy haul and no tall freight
• Always wide or long OS loads (easy permits, no specialty superload work)
• Clean, well-maintained 2022+ trucks and premium trailers
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience
• Flatbed/Stepdeck experience required
• Good communication and responsibility
• Clean record preferred
