Safety Assistant / Recruiter Entry Level

Looking for a Safety Assistant / Recruiter to join our team in Aurora, IL.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Location: Aurora, IL 60504
Pay: Will be discussed during the interview and is based on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist with driver recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Conduct driver orientation and training
Monitor driver behavior through Samsara
Assist the Safety Manager with claims handling and inspections
Maintain driver and safety records

Requirements:

Fluent English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of the trucking industry
Ability to work in an office environment
