We're seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our growing flatbed trucking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing flatbed operations and a deep understanding of breakdown procedures and prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily fleet operations and driver scheduling
Manage maintenance, repairs, and emergency breakdowns
Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards
Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize efficiency
Qualifications:
Proven experience in flatbed trucking management
Strong knowledge of truck maintenance and breakdown handling
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Location : Elgin,IL
