We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee equipment performance, driver support, and fleet efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who understands both driving and operational management.


Requirements:

Prior driving experience
Current CDL Class A license
Fluent English
Basic technical/mechanical knowledge
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure


Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure fleet equipment is maintained at maximum efficiency
Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and compliance
Manage fleet inventory (purchase, sell, lease trucks and trailers based on company needs)
Support drivers during breakdowns and emergency situations
Monitor and improve fuel efficiency
Track maintenance costs and control fleet-related expenses
Maintain DOT compliance and vehicle documentation
Coordinate with vendors, repair shops, and dealerships
Analyze fleet performance metrics and implement improvements
