Fleet manager needed

We’re looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team and take ownership of fleet operations, maintenance coordination, equipment recovery, and driver support.

Requirements:
✅ Valid CDL-A License Required
✅ Hands-on semi-truck driving experience
✅ Strong understanding of truck and trailer systems
✅ Experience in trucking, fleet operations, or maintenance management
✅ Fluent English
✅ Russian or Ukrainian is a plus
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
🚛 Oversee daily operations of company trucks and trailers
🔧 Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and warranty work
🛠 Dispatch company tow trucks for equipment recovery
🔄 Coordinate truck and trailer movements between company yards and terminals
📋 Inspect equipment condition and monitor maintenance compliance
✅ Perform post-repair quality inspections and road tests
⚠️ Coordinate accident recovery and equipment retrieval when needed
