Responsibilities:
Manage the payroll, customer invoicing, AP and AR functions.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Use multiple systems to manage and track everything from payroll journal entries to depreciation schedules.
Create and update underwriting, budgeting and all forecasting reports
Manages all entries in Protransport and Quickbooks.

Qualifications REQUIRED:
Must know PROTRANSPORT software
Must know QUICKBOOKS
Degree in Accounting a plus
2 years of related experience in trucking industry accounting
Experience working with Quick Books Online and familiar with Factoring
Strong attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Excellent
customer service skills over the telephone and email correspondence. *
In-office position only, 8am -5pm, Salary negotiable
