Billing & Driver Orientation Specialist

Up to $1400/week

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized team player to handle billing operations and new driver orientation.
You’ll review trip paperwork, verify delivery documents, ensure accurate billing, and help onboard new and returning drivers by explaining settlements and accounting procedures.

What you’ll do:

✔️Review trip reports, PODs, and billing documents for accuracy.
✔️Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve missing or incorrect info.
✔️Upload and organize billing files in the system.
✔️Conduct orientation sessions for new and returning drivers.
✔️Explain settlements, deductions, and reimbursements clearly.
✔️Maintain records and provide ongoing support for accounting questions.

Organized, accurate, and good with people
Comfortable working under deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bilingual a plus
