FLATBED DISPATCHER / LOAD PLANNER – OFFICE POSITION

📍 Markham, IL

We are looking for an experienced Flatbed Dispatcher.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch flatbed drivers and manage daily operations
Plan loads and optimize routes
Communicate with brokers, customers, and drivers
Track shipments and resolve issues proactively
Schedule appointments and ensure on-time deliveries
Monitor driver HOS and compliance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

Previous flatbed dispatching experience required
Knowledge of flatbed securement and freight operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with load boards and TMS systems
English required additional languages are a plus
