We are seeking a Driver Recruiter with prior experience in the trucking industry to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to meet the growing needs of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source CDL-A and/or CDL-B drivers through various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Pre-screen and qualify drivers based on FMCSA and company requirements
Maintain accurate and compliant driver files
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new hires
Build long-term relationships with drivers and ensure a positive candidate experience
