Looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee fleet maintenance and shop operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage truck & trailer maintenance
Monitor PTI inspections and cargo securement
Reduce and control breakdowns
Coordinate repairs with dealers/vendors
Supervise shop work and repair schedules
Ensure DOT compliance and equipment safety

Requirements:
Trucking fleet maintenance experience
Knowledge of DOT regulations
Strong leadership and organization skills
