We are a continuously growing trucking company located in Downers Grove, IL, and we are currently looking for a motivated In-Office Driver Hiring Representative to join our team. Experience in hiring is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

Must speak English fluently

Excellent communication skills

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Responsibilities:

Calling and following up with new driver applicants

Monitoring and managing incoming leads

Adjusting recruitment strategies as needed

Scheduling and coordinating flights, Uber rides, and hotel accommodations for drivers

Running orientation sessions and managing the onboarding process (non-yard duties)

Maintaining accurate records and tracking applicant progress
