About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our accounting department. This is an in-office position with a consistent schedule and long-term growth potential.

This role is ideal for candidates with an accounting background or education, even if they do not yet have extensive practical experience. We are willing to train the right person who has a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting tasks and data entry
Maintain and organize financial records
Assist with account reconciliations
Review transactions for accuracy
Support the accounting team with reports and documentation
Requirements:

Accounting knowledge or education required
Experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Responsible, reliable, and motivated
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
Basic computer and Excel skills
Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Compensation:

Weekly salary: $800 – $1200, depending on performance
