We are a growing trucking company based in Markham, Illinois, specializing in flatbed freight. We focus on strong driver support, efficient operations, and long-term growth. We’re looking for an experienced Flatbed Dispatch Manager to run day-to-day dispatch operations and help scale the business.

Responsibilities
Manage daily flatbed dispatch operations from the Markham office
Plan, assign, and optimize flatbed loads and routes
Communicate directly with drivers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries
Negotiate competitive rates with brokers and shippers
Build and maintain broker and customer relationship
Track margins, performance metrics, and driver productivity

Requirements
3+ years of flatbed dispatch experience REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of flatbed freight, securement, and permits
Proven experience negotiating rates
Ability to manage multiple drivers and lanes efficiently
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with TMS systems and load boards
Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven


Preferred
Dispatch management or lead experience
Familiarity with Midwest and nationwide flatbed lanes
