💰 Pay & Bonus:
• 27% of gross pay to start
• Raise to 30% after a 3-month performance review
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after your first full month on the job

• Detention and layover pay available
🕒 Schedule Options:
• Option 1: 3 weeks on the road / 1 week off
• Option 2: Monday–Friday routes with weekends off (home Saturday & Sunday)
