We are a growing trucking company seeking an organized Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to manage daily operations on our office floor and assist drivers and staff throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist all incoming drivers and visitors
Review and organize driver documentation and paperwork
Support drivers with questions
Coordinate and manage daily activities on the office floor
Keep the reception and office area organized and professional

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and customer service skills
Basic computer and office experience required
Previous trucking or transportation industry experience is a plus
