CB Freight Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Recruiting Representative to help grow our team of professional drivers and support our expanding operations. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and making an impact in a fast-paced industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and screen CDL drivers and transportation personnel
- Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate evaluations
- Explain company policies, pay packages, and benefits to applicants
- Coordinate onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with driver retention and communication efforts
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals

Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
