Who We Are: We are a well-established trucking company specializing in Dry Van OTR full truckloads. With a large fleet, in-house repair facilities, and 24/7 driver support, we provide our dispatchers with the tools and resources they need to perform at the highest level.

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of proven OTR dispatching experience (will be verified) • Fluent English – both verbal and written (additional languages a plus) • Multilingual skills are a strong advantage (Spanish, Russian, Polish, etc.) • Strong knowledge of U.S. geography, routing, and load boards • Proficiency with TMS software, load boards, and communication platforms • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Strong negotiation skills with brokers and customers • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in all situations • On-site only – positions available in South Elgin, IL and Joliet, IL (No remote or overseas)
