We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher Manager to lead and grow our dispatch team. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can build their own team, manage daily operations, and keep freight moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of dispatchers
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
Monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure on-time deliveries
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
Optimize processes to improve productivity
