We’re Hiring a Fleet Coordinator to Join Our Growing Trucking Company!

⭐ What You’ll Do

As our Fleet Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, efficient, compliant, and on the road.

🚛 Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle availability
🔧 Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and services
📋 Track vehicle maintenance records, registrations, inspections, and documentation
📞 Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle issues, repairs, and maintenance schedules
🛠️ Coordinate with repair shops, vendors, dealerships, and roadside service providers
⏱️ Monitor downtime and help get trucks back on the road as quickly as possible
📊 Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
✅ Help ensure company vehicles meet DOT, safety, and company requirements
🚨 Respond quickly to breakdowns and other fleet-related issues
🤝 Work closely with dispatch, safety, operations, and management
💡 Identify ways to reduce maintenance costs, downtime, and operational inefficiencies
🎯 What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
A strong communicator and problem solver
Comfortable working in a fast-paced trucking environment
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Proactive rather than reactive
Comfortable communicating with professional truck drivers and vendors
Experienced with fleet, transportation, logistics, maintenance, or trucking operations preferred
Familiar with DOT/fleet compliance requirements a plus
Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and fleet-management software
Available to handle time-sensitive situations when necessary
Has a CDL
