Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter who has a proven track record of hiring company drivers and lease purchase drivers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and highly motivated to meet recruitment targets.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and hire qualified truck drivers for company driver positions and lease purchase programs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new drivers.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Conduct interviews, verify driver qualifications, and ensure compliance with DOT requirements.
Track recruitment metrics and report results to management.
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to anticipate hiring needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience recruiting company drivers and lease purchase drivers.
Knowledge of CDL requirements, DOT regulations, and driver qualifications.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Experience working remotely is a plus.
Candidates located outside the U.S. are welcome if they are the right fit.
