We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting and billing operations. This is an in-office position.

We are a growing transportation company with 40+ trucks and a friendly, supportive team, and we’re looking for a team player to join us.

Requirements:
• 2+ years verifiable experience as an Accounting Manager
• Strong QuickBooks skills (reconciliations, multi-entity bookkeeping)
• Experience preparing tax-ready financials & issuing 1099s
• Trucking/transportation industry experience required
• RTS Financial experience preferred
• ProTransport experience strongly preferred
• Must be fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian

Must be motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Please note:
We are not able to provide training for candidates without prior Accounting Manager experience.
Only candidates with verifiable experience will be considered.
