I’m currently seeking a Driver HR Recruiter position where I can bring my recruiting, sales, and marketing experience to a growing transportation company.

My experience includes:

* Recruiting and sourcing qualified CDL drivers through multiple lead generation methods.
* Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews.
* Creating and organizing the beginning of Driver Qualification DQ files.
* Coordinating onboarding and hiring processes.
* Successfully hiring 25 CDL drivers per week for:
* Dry Van
* Reefer
* Conestoga
* Flatbed
* Step Deck
* Sales and relationship-building experience with excellent communication skills.
* Social media management, content creation, and employer branding to attract new drivers.

I am organized, dependable, and passionate about helping companies build strong driver teams while providing candidates with a professional hiring experience.

I speak Russian, English and Romanian!
