We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fleet Manager to oversee daily operations of our flatbed fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, driver coordination, and flatbed transportation. This role ensures efficient scheduling, safety compliance, and top-notch service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and dispatch flatbed drivers to ensure on-time deliveries
Oversee equipment utilization, maintenance schedules, and DOT compliance
Monitor driver performance and provide coaching as needed
Collaborate with safety and operations teams to ensure efficient, legal, and safe transport
Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain strong communication with drivers and customers
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in fleet or operations management (flatbed experience required)
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in dispatch or TMS software systems
CDL is a plus but not required
