What You'll Do:

Recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct phone screenings and guide candidates through the hiring process
Build strong relationships with drivers and hiring managers
Help us grow our fleet with top talent

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Experience recruiting CDL drivers preferred
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔️ Self-motivated and goal-oriented
✔️ Organized and able to manage multiple candidates at once
✔️ Experience with recruiting software and job boards is a plus
