Join our Chicago office as a Freight Dispatcher and take charge of managing freight for a fleet of 10+ trucks.
What you’ll do:
✔ Coordinate loads, optimize routes, and maximize revenue
✔ Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers daily
✔ Handle live issues (delays, breakdowns) with confidence
✔ Keep clients updated & docs accurate
What we expect:
🔹 3+ years dispatch experience in the U.S. market
🔹 Strong knowledge of Dry Van & HOS
🔹 Fluent English, excellent communication skills
🔹 Hands-on with TMS/ELD systems
🔹 Organized, responsive, calm under pressure
